The bedroom is extremely spacious, modern by design yet retaining its charming Georgian heritage.
In your room you will find all the usual “bits and bobs” including a super-king size Hypnos bed that can be used as a double or twin, complete with Egyptian cotton bedding. Your room also includes a power shower with a choice of drench heads, WiFi, an HD TV with Blu-ray/DVD player and a selection of the latest DVD movie releases, wireless Bose speaker, vintage DAB radio, Tassimo Pod coffee machine, mini fridge and a safe for your valuables.
We also offer secure, gated car parking to the rear, with lockable storage for two bicycles or a motorbike.
Breakfast
Our renowned breakfast is served downstairs in our ‘eclectic’, light and bright dining room or on the patio during the summer months. We can accommodate most dietary requirements, with advance notice.
Service times are really flexible, however, 10am is the latest time for a cooked breakfast. Simply complete the pre-order breakfast card and the time required, and let us know the night before if you require a prompt cooked breakfast.

Where is Holly Lodge situated within Swaffham?
We are a five minute 'level' stroll from the centre of Swaffham, the historic Norfolk market town.
From the North
Head through the town, following the signs for Newmarket on the A1065 for about ½ a mile. You will see a mini-roundabout and a Zebra crossing, cross over both and we are immediately on the right hand side.
From the South
Follow the signs for Swaffham on the A1065. Head toward the town centre, you will pass a school on your left and then a store called London Street Convenience Stores. You will see a Zebra crossing and a mini-roundabout ahead, but do not cross either. We are immediately on the left just before the Zebra crossing.
We are clearly signed 'Holly Lodge'.
How many bedrooms are there?
We offer just one extremely spacious, bedroom for use as a double or twin bedded room, or it can be used for single occupancy.

Your room will be ready from 2pm on your day of arrival.

Any time up-until 11am on your day of departure.

Yes, we have secure off road parking.
What are the bathing facilities?
The en-suite shower room features a power shower with a choice of drench heads, a vanity sink unit and a low level toilet. We also provide Egyptian cotton towels and a simple range of toiletries. Bath sheets and robes are available upon request.
There is a large heated towel rail and the floor is heated too.

Is smoking allowed?
We operate a strict 'no-smoking' policy (including e-cigarettes) inside the property. We have provided a table & chairs and an ashtray on our rear patio for guests who wish to smoke.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we cannot welcome pets into the property other than trained and registered assistance dogs.
